For over sixty years, the Centre Francais de Berlin (CFB) has been an emblematic venue for Franco-German friendship and a vibrant space for the residents of the Wedding district. Located in the north of Berlin, just 10 minutes by underground from the city centre, the CFB is the ideal place to carry out your educational, cultural, private or professional projects.
Since 2020, the CFB has offered accommodation - the M74 - for up to 90 people, in single, double or triple rooms. Ideal for seminar groups, it offers an atmosphere conducive to learning and meeting people, thanks to its high-quality facilities and services. Numerous spaces are available for hire with all the necessary amenities: seminar rooms and auditorium, international gastronomy and catering area, indoor and outdoor spaces, free parking, WIFI access, seminar equipment and technical support for your events. What's more, our team will support you in realising your projects, giving you the benefit of their expertise in international youth work, their language skills and their knowledge of Berlin.
When you stay at M74, you'll be part of an exciting place bursting with life, just like the beehives on the roof of our building. Accommodation, seminar rooms, catering in the heart of Wedding
We have all the facilities – seminar rooms, catering, accommodation in single, double or triple rooms, indoor and outdoor spaces, auditorium, equipment, parking – to facilitate the organization of your projects. Depending on your needs, we can provide sound and video technology. WIFI access, as well as standard seminar equipment (moderation case, flipcharts, boards) are at your disposal. The CFB accommodation and seminar centre is located in the north of Berlin in a 0.8 ha wooded park only 10 minutes by underground from the heart of the German capital.

Built in 1961 in the heart of the French sector of divided Berlin, a building which is protected as an historic monument and features the charm of the era, the complex combines peace, greenery and a palpable history in the heart of the metropolis. Ideal for group seminars, the centre guarantees an atmosphere of serenity, culture, language, learning and open-mindedness. An art house cinema, exhibitions, cultural events and the presence of beehives will make your stay at the M74 unforgettable.
