The M74 offers single and double rooms with private bathrooms, TVs and free unlimited WiFi access.

On request, you can book our all-you-can-eat sweet and savoury buffet breakfast, as well as hot and cold drinks.

The M74 is a 3-minute walk from the U6 Rehberge stop, which takes 10 minutes to the city centre and all its amenities. We have free parking for our guests.

We share our building with City Kino Wedding, an independent cinema with a rich and varied daily programme.
